Matt Swett is the Managing Partner of The Forum Group Boston, where he leads the firm’s accounting and finance recruiting practice throughout the Greater Boston area. With deep experience in talent acquisition and a strong record of success, Matt has become known for delivering thoughtful, strategic hiring solutions for organizations of all sizes, from large, publicly traded companies to growing local businesses.
Under Matt’s leadership, The Forum Group Boston is recognized for its commitment to exceptional service, market insight, and long-term relationship building. He takes a consultative, people-first approach, combining a strong understanding of the regional talent landscape with an ability to match top professionals to the changing needs of today’s businesses. His work has helped position the Boston office as a trusted partner to many of the area’s most respected employers.
A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Matt cares deeply about the community he serves. He sits on the Board of Advisors for the Andover YMCA and is passionate about supporting local organizations through leadership and engagement.
Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston. He lives in Andover, Massachusetts, with his wife, Ali, and their son, Oliver.

Summer is Recruiting Manager for The Forum Group Boston, where she partners with companies across the region to identify and place top accounting and finance professionals. With a strong foundation in staffing and talent acquisition, and a track record of quickly becoming a top performer early in her career, she is known for delivering thoughtful, effective hiring solutions to a wide range of businesses.
Summer takes a friendly, relationship-focused approach to her work, combining deep industry knowledge with a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs. Her organized and focused style, along with her reliable results, make her a go-to partner for both clients and candidates.
Born and raised in Newtown, CT, Summer comes from a family with deep roots in finance and staffing, instilling in her a strong work ethic and a natural connection to the industry. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University Maryland.
Outside the office, Summer is an avid marathon runner and enjoys traveling, especially to warm destinations.
